It`s National Donut Day!
What is your favorite donut?
For me, it`s anything from Tom`s Donuts in Angola, Indiana.
As a child, my family and I spent many summer weekends at the lakes. It was a Saturday morning tradition to get some donuts from Tom`s.
Many years have passed since those days on the lake, but whenever we get a chance to grab some of those donuts while traveling through Indiana, we make it a point to stop and grab some!

Hey there, friends! Today, I want to share something close to my heart and remind you that you are fearfully and wonderfully made! ❤️
As I`ve been going through the healing process from past trauma, it brought back memories of the bullying I endured in high school.
The constant bullying from two older students filled me with fear and anxiety. 😔
Why did they bully me? Well, the Lord blessed me with unique features—full lips and feet that turned outwards. Those boys noticed my stride and lips and began calling me hurtful names like "duck lips" and "waddle girl."
It was relentless.
But you know what? Despite their hurtful words, I am fearfully and wonderfully made. 🙌
God created me in His own image, and He doesn`t make mistakes. Genesis 1:27 reminds us, "So God created man in his image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them." 🙏
Friend, I want to remind you today that you are not a mistake either! No matter what you`re going through, remember Psalm 139:14, "I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well."
Embrace your uniqueness and cherish the incredible creation you are!
P.S. It`s amazing how things change over time! I still walk with my feet outward, and my lips are still full. But guess what? Women my age are now paying big money to have fuller lips! Some have even said they wish they had my lips. God truly works in mysterious ways! 🙌

The conference theme was "Earth Crammed with Heaven," and hearing all the speakers was wonderful! While I was there, I was also commissioned as a Colson Fellows.
The Colson Fellows is a ten-month intensive Christian worldview program that has brought a greater understanding of many of the issues surrounding Christ-followers today.
Over the next few months, I will be sharing with you my personal mission plan and a teaching curriculum I have developed.

The month of May can bring out a lot of emotions, and our mental health can be impacted severely. 🌼

A Prayer for the Weary Woman 🙏
Heavenly Father, I lift my friend up to you today as the tiredness and weariness of life try to steal her joy. Whatever she is facing today, Lord, I pray the Armor of God over her. As she puts on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, may she be reminded that Your love for her is neverending. You are in control, Lord, and may we never forget that! In Jesus` Name, Amen! 🙌
